We offer worldwide shipping and a variety of delivery options to suit every schedule and budget. Each item we sell has an availability status displayed, and most orders require 1-2 business days processing time before leaving our warehouse, provided all items are in stock. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.
We don't charge a "handling fee" and we don't try to be sneaky about charges or slip in another charge at Checkout. The shipping rates are calculated on a combined basis of the total weight of all items in your shopping cart including the shipping box, the country of destination, and the shipping option of your choice.
Tips: To determine the shipping rates to your country for each shipping option, you may place the item(s) in your Shopping Cart, and select your country of destination from the Checkout page.
You will get an expected delivery time for each shipping option at Checkout. These delivery times are estimates while actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, the country of destination, the delivery address or Force Majeure events.
Upon validation of your order, please allow 1-2 business days for payment and delivery address verification, and order processing.
Please note: Possible customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery time estimates.
Shipment notification e-mails containing shipping and tracking information for the order are automatically sent. This information is also available in your Order History. To ensure a safe delivery of your order, a signature may be required regardless of the shipping option.
We take extra care to ensure that your order arrives intact. All items are securely packed with cushioning material (e.g., bubble wrap, air bags, foam peanuts) when shipped. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage or tampering. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, should you encounter any problems when receiving your merchandize.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner. We will notify you by phone or e-mail should your order be delayed. You may refer to our ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING, RETURNS, WARRANTIES statement for more details.
We work with Hong Kong Post to offer various shipping options to suit your specific needs in terms of delivery time and budget. These options will automatically show at Checkout prior to the completion of your order.
EMS/SpeedPost (Express Shipping)
As its name implies, SpeedPost delivers urgent items to every corner of the world. With a delivery network covering over 210 destinations worldwide, SpeedPost is well-known for its convenience, reliability and value for money compared to most international express mail services. The delivery time varies from destination to destination.
Registered Airmail (Standard Shipping)
Registered Airmail is the most cost effective shipping service to send non urgent parcels worldwide - ideal for items that don’t have to arrive in a hurry!
This shipping method provides reliable delivery with simpler and faster customs clearance service to more than 220 destinations worldwide. A tracking number assigned to your parcel will give you the ability to check its delivery status on the Hong Kong Post website or on your local postal service website. The delivery time varies from destination to destination.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Any imported item is subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you buy an item on PrimaCost.com, it is shipped from Hong Kong. Therefore you are importing and are responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees levied by Customs in your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges nor cannot predict what they may be. Despite our efforts to avoid any extra fees that may result from Customs clearance, we are not liable for any Customs issues. For specific information, consult with your local government import office.

The availability of an item is noted on its detail page. It may be “In Stock” ready to ship within 1-2 business days, or it may be available in “2-3 Days” in addition to the required 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. Some items may not yet be available and are for “Pre-Order” only, or are “Out-Of-Stock” and may require additional time before we can ship them.
Available in “2-3 Days”
An item that isn’t in high demand may require an extra “2-3 Days” before it is shipped. This delay doesn’t include the required 1-2 business days for processing the order.
We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate shipping. In the event that an item is found to be “Out-Of-Stock” after the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail within 12 hours. We place immediate orders with the supplier to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them within 24 hours. In the rare case where this delay can’t be fulfilled, we will refund your order completely, should you wish for it.
Due to high international shipping costs, we cannot ship any order that includes “Out Of Stock” items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel or change your order.
A “Pre-Order” item is mainly for advertising purposes. We won’t allow customers to purchase an item that has not yet been released on the market, for two reasons: price and availability. The price and release date are provided by the supplier. Unfortunately, this information is based on estimates and is most likely subject to change by the supplier, which could lead to deception.
